With the phone going off fairly regularly after work, was hard to get a good workout in (should have let it ring). Did manage to get in roughly 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, but not much else...Nutrition:
- Breakfast -- FiberOne oats/chocolate bar w/large decaf coffee
- Lunch -- Taco salad, apple
- Dinner -- turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy
